WHAT WE HANDLE

One circuit.
Or the next building upgrade.

Tell us what you’re planning, or what isn’t working. We’ll look at the job before quoting the work.

01

Troubleshooting & repairs

Tripping breakers, dead circuits and electrical faults in offices, stores and shared building areas. Tell us which areas are affected and when the problem occurs so we can assess it during the site visit.

02

Panels, feeders & new circuits

Panel and service upgrades, feeders, and dedicated circuits for equipment or AC. Share what you’re adding, any available equipment specifications and photos of the existing panel if safe to take.

03

Wiring & commercial build-outs

New wiring for offices, stores and tenant spaces. Bring any available plans and explain how the space will be used so the written estimate can describe the work you need.

04

Lighting across the building

Lighting for lobbies, hallways, garages and exterior areas, plus LED retrofits, controls and sensors. Let us know which fixtures or areas need attention and whether access must be coordinated.

05

Low-voltage wiring

Data runs, cameras and intercom wiring. Tell us the locations involved and whether this is part of a renovation or work in an occupied space.

BEFORE WORK BEGINS

A clear plan.
A written price.

Send the building rules and your super or manager’s contact details. Access requirements belong in the conversation from the start.

Tell us about the job
  1. Start with the details

Share the borough, a short description and photos if safe to take. Available plans or equipment information help us understand the request.

  2. Walk the site

We come out, look at the job and take the measurements we need. Tell us about building access and scheduling requirements.

  3. Review the written estimate

Scope and a fixed price are agreed before work starts. Added work gets a written change order. Certificates of insurance are available once the job is approved.

  4. Complete the work

The work is tested, labeled and walked through with you before we leave. The site is left clean.
