Program and sender

Equipment Service Solutions, Inc. (ESS Electric) offers optional text messages about estimates, appointments and service updates. Equipment Service Solutions, Inc. (ESS Electric) may send service-related text messages from either business line, (646) 846-7144 or (917) 242-4324. This consent does not cover advertising or promotional messages.

Your choice

You may opt in to service texts at the mobile number you provide by checking the optional SMS consent box and submitting the estimate form, or by giving affirmative verbal consent after receiving the service-text disclosures. The website checkbox is unchecked by default. Providing a phone number alone is not consent. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP. Consent is not a condition of requesting an estimate or purchasing services. You may use phone calls or email instead.

Frequency and charges

Message frequency varies with your request, appointments and service needs. Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile plan.

Opting out and help

Reply STOP to opt out. We will honor your opt-out before sending further service texts; a confirmation of your opt-out may be sent. Reply HELP for help. You can also email contact@essnyc.com or call (646) 846-7144. A new estimate request does not override an earlier opt-out; we check the current messaging status before sending.

Delivery

Message delivery depends on your mobile provider and network availability. Delivery timing is not guaranteed. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Do not use text messages for emergencies.

Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains the information collected through the estimate form and how consent evidence is handled. We do not sell customer personal information or share SMS consent with third parties for their own marketing.
